Each member within this structure is given the responsibility, authority, and accountability needed to succeed, reinforcing our commitment to effective governance and operational clarity.

Our organizational structure distinguishes between two types of members—Collaborators and Contributors.

• Collaborators are actively involved in shaping and leading CGI’s direction and projects.

• Contributors support the organization through volunteering, donations, or participation in specific projects.
