Dr. Monika Patel

I am deeply motivated to be part of the Collective Global Impact Non-Profit Organization because of my personal journey and the values that have shaped me. I immigrated to the USA at the age of 12 with my family, seeking a better life and education. My parents worked tirelessly, holding two full-time jobs, while my brother and I navigated a new culture and education system, taking on responsibilities that taught us resilience and determination. These challenges built a strong foundation for my worldview and instilled in me the belief that no goal is too high if we remain united and determined.

As the first physician in my family, I have spent the last 15 years in healthcare, building connections with people from diverse backgrounds, learning about different cultures, and growing as an individual. I have also had the great opportunity to teach medical students, interns, and residents. This experience has shown me how impactful guidance can be in shaping others’ lives. This journey has brought me immense joy and fulfillment, but I now feel a strong desire to give back. I want to leverage my experiences to help guide and support the next generation, particularly young individuals who are navigating their own paths. I am eager to contribute to an organization that creates pathways and empowers others to pursue their dreams with confidence and purpose.
